This teacher does not deserve to be punished. Rita decided it was ok to disobey not one, but two people and areas of cones out put in place to protect ELEMENTARY kids so she could get her daughter school on time when she was running late by her own accord. A police officer who asked her to stop would have been allowed to draw a weapon if she continued to approach because a vehicle is a deadly weapon, especially when you are talking about kids under 10!!! Give me a break! Let it go!

Kudos to this teacher! That woman's lack of planning does not mean she has a right to break the rules that are there to protect the children! I cannot fathom why she thought she was in the right enough to go on the news and shame the teacher!

That mother cutting through an elementary school put Young children in danger. She had no right to do that. People are attacking teachers too much these days. That's the hardest job

All the way from the UK even I can see he deserves no punishment. Maybe a bit unorthodox but done for the right reason. The lady knew she was in the wrong. Imagine if she had caused an incident. Stay safe Nicky

As a teacher and an elementary teacher, I applaud Mr. Morgan! He is not paid to be a security officer, yet that’s what he did in order to help protect his school and students. What is up with entitled people? Rules are rules, put in place for a reason!

This man is who I would gladly take to battle with me. He was given ONE job and he took it to heart, he took it seriously, and for that he is a hero. You did the right thing sir. Continue to be a hero regardless of what rule breakers and non-law abiding citizens claim. If Rita’s trifling ass would have hit a child then they would be asking questions about “how could this happen when there are cones AND teachers there to stop traffic/cars in those areas”? She was dead wrong!! For her to think she was at any way in the right and going to the news with it shows just how stupid she is. The entitlement this piece of crap thinks she has is beyond comprehensible to me.
