This teacher did what he was supposed to do...Did y’all hear Rita “you don’t know who you playing with” she is a self entitled brat and sounds like my 3 year old when she throws a tantrum after doing something she wasn’t supposed to

I’m a parent (and I do run late) this mother is 100% unacceptable! This teacher was protecting his kids. The mother in this video asks what would happen if a child did this. The answer? They would be dead or seriously injured because of HER actions. This teacher absolutely shouldn’t be disciplined! At least he cares about the kids, many these days wouldn’t go this far out of their way to protect kuds. He should be praised and rewarded not disciplined!

As a morning duty teacher, I totally support this gentleman for making heroic efforts to get Rita’s attention. Rita doesn’t seem to understand that rules and restrictions apply to her. She needs to learn that No means No.

This lady wants to play victim?! Good for you Mr. Young to make sure our students our safe and people like this, just because they think they are entitled and the rules don't apply to them, I would be greatful if you were one of my kids teacher/coach. Some parents just don't care, not the students fault that the parent is lazy, and can't even wake up on time to take her/his kids to school.

I am an educator and I applaud how dedicated this teacher was in order to keep children safe. The driver was admittedly wrong and should not have been cutting through an elementary school parking lot. It saddens me that any disciplinary action is being considered for the teacher. Had the driver hit a child, this would be a whole different scenario. The teacher’s attempts to stop the parent from driving through a forbidden area kept children safe.

I fully support this teacher! As a teacher myself, I am sick and tired of parents making excuses for their kids when poor choices are made, so I will not support a parent playing the victim when SHE made the poor choice.

Those kids are lucky to have a teacher dedicated to their safety-- crazy the other side made news like she was a victim. We give citations for that stuff here.
