Had she had a gun endangering children, he would've been a hero. A vehicle can be a weapon just as well.

I support this teacher! Rules are rules! Let’s keep our kids safe and folllw those rules!

The fact she knew she was in the wrong, continued to proceed despite being told no, and then attempted to go around the teacher as he was trying to stop her goes to show she feels the rules don’t apply to her and that is not the example that should be presented as “ok”. If anyone needs reprimanding it’s her. It wasn’t a way anyone would expect it to be handled but I’d rather see that than a child injured because of carelessness.

Teachers risk there lives for students every day!

He shouldn’t be reprimanded for attempting to keep the other students safe and ask her to abide by the rules. She is no different than anyone else.

Make sure good teachers get the protection they need,

This is the source of all student problems, if the parent does not obey the rules of society then how do you expect their children to do so, we have a lax of Parent/Guardian responsibility to the welfare of all of humanity at risk to improper behavior by younger adults. and that is the crux of our social problem!

This teacher should be praised, not reprimanded. Dulles community just lost one of our students, Salim. Safety is number one priority. This lady will break the carpool rules again, next time it could be one of our children’s safety at risk!

What could have you done in that situation, this man put his life and well being on the line to protect everyone and he should not be punished!

This teacher was protecting students from something tragic that could have happened. This parent is an entitled piece of work.

His actions are unorthodox but he should not be fired for it
