We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

This parent knew was doing something wrong. This teacher should not be reprimanded for doing what is right.

He is a hero! What if there had been a kid there?

In this age where non-students are attacking our schools, it's people like Aaron Morgan that step up to protect our children from the evils of society. Aaron Morgan deserves to be praised for what he did to protect our children from an individual with alliterative motives. God bless Aaron Morgan.

This teacher was protecting the children. This woman should be cited for breaking the laws and endangering the students.

Aaron is the teacher I want at my child’s school. Aaron was doing his job of keeping the students safe after a negligent and entitled late parent decided to cut through cones off areas and Aaron didnwhat was neccessary to keep the school lots safe! We don’t need parents using the lot as a short cut during drop off time. Do not reprimand Aaron. He should be commended for his dedication to student safety.

Enforcing a rule against a person who thinks the rules don't apply to them should NOT result in punishment he did the right thing!

Disciplining this wonderful teacher will show others and his students that it’s okay to no follow the rules and the breakers of the rules are rewarded and the hero’s who try to stop them are punished.

You sir, are a HERO!! As the parent of an elementary aged child I am livid at how the news spun this story. Choosing to ignore the cones, choosing to ignore multiple people telling you to stop, and then claiming the victim after endangering the lives of those children and educators is disgusting. Rita should feel ashamed! She just taught her child that the rules don’t apply to them. WRONG!

As an elementary school teacher, the safety of all children is priority. Coach Young is justified in attempting to have this parent stop her vehicle. He should be commended and not disciplined for his justifiable actions! Shame on this parent. I would be ashamed to even admit as a parent that I was not following the school traffic flow that morning!

This teacher did the right thing! Reward him publicly!

Mr. Young is a hero. He should not face any disciplinary action because he did everything he could to protect the children in his care.
