Coach Young was not in the wrong in this instance. The woman taking the shortcut was wrong and obviously not willing to abide by the rules putting children’s lives in danger. Coach Young deserves praise from the school for his actions. Fox News was so very wrong in the way they portrayed this incident.

There is NO action that should be taken against this teacher. We should applaud that SOMEONE took the time to stand up against the entitlement that rules and others safety don't apply to ME.

The lady with total disregard for the safety of others in thinking that rules don't apply to her is a BIG problem in our society today!! We do, however, need more teachers/adults like this coach who are willing to step in & do whatever is necessary to be "his brothers keeper" & I applaud him & his actions!!!

Mr. Morgan is a hero! He takes the job of protecting children very serious! This woman should be given a ticket for breaking through the barriers.

The driver was 100% at fault. The cones were there for a reason and she doesn’t get a special pass because she is late. Kudos to the teacher for going above and beyond.

There are rules in place for a reason. To keep everyone safe. The driver chose to disregard the rules and endangered other children. The teacher should NOT be reprimanded.

Shame on this mom of a high schooler cutting through an elementary school car line AROUND two sets of cones and past two teachers who tried flagging her down...thinking that she had a right to cut through this school's car line and parking lot to get to her daughter's high school!
