Thank you for keeping your children protected by putting your life on the line. I did carpool for years and I would have done the same thing. She wasnt following rules and felt entitled to skirt around and she could have seriously injured a child who was walking across the parking lot or getting out of the car. She was in the wrong and he tried stopping her first by waving her down...he did his job!

This is the type of teacher that I would want to protect my elementary school aged child. The woman who broke the traffic rules should be punished and not this teacher who is protecting the children of his school by putting his own job and life on the line.

She should NOT have gone through a blocked off area. She could have hit someone else’s kid(s). He did everything in his power to protect all of the kids at that school and should be rewarded, NOT punished.

This teacher did the RIGHT THING desperately attempting to stop a selfish, entitled driver who deliberately ignored cones, warnings, and others trying to flag her down. He endangered his own life in a desperate attempt to stop this driver from harming young children! This man is a hero!

This teacher did exactly what was required of him. He protected his young charges from the reckless endangerment of an adult who ignored barricades and verbal warnings from two adults in authority. The driver should be ticketed for reckless endangerment in a school zone. The teacher deserves to be rewarded for keeping a child from being killed.
