That dopey woman was completely in the wrong and shouldn't be painting herself as a victim after someone stood up to her for blatantly disrespecting the protocol specifically put in place to keep students like her daughter safe.

I don't even live in the area, and I know this man does not deserve disciplinary actions. That woman, Rita, needs to be given a citation for her unsafe driving. Good on you Mr. Morgan

Thank you to all the teachers who watch the drop off line & protect our children from entitled & DANGEROUS drivers like Rita. I'm 100% on this brave young teacher's side, and think that much of the news coverage is coming from the wrong angle. The only person who did anything wrong here is Rita, and she should be ashamed of herself. I'm sure her poor daughter is ashamed and being shamed by others also. Rita is a terrible parenting example, and Aaron is a hero.

This is the problem with schools today—you let parents rule. I’m sorry, but you need to stop being so afraid of parents and allow teachers to do their jobs. Yes, parents are going to complain, but they need to understand the rules apply to EVERYONE! Whose fault was it that Rita was late—that’s right, it was Rita’s fault. If Rita had been in the car line and watched someone do what she did, she would be the first one to fuss if no teacher intervened. That teacher was doing what he needed to keep his children safe. If Rita had stopped when he waved his arms at her telling her to stop, he wouldn’t have had to lay on her car. Rita is completely in the wrong and this teacher should be supported fully by school and administrators.

This is a joke this woman was clearly intent on doing whatever was neccessary to please herself without the concern of safety of children there was multiple attempts to get her to stop this teacher should not even get a warning for this but a medal and that woman should receive a maximum fine

This guy is a hero who cared more about the safety of the children around him than his own life.

I applaud this teacher for carrying out his responsibilities to the fullest. He did whatever it took to protect the students. End of story.

If anyone should be punished, it should be Rita.

Coach Young should be commended for protecting our children! The driver should be charged with traffic violations & child endangerment. She should publicly apologize to Coach Young. Also Superintendent Dupre should publicly laud Coach Young & reprimand the driver, instead of apologizing to her.

Why should discipline be taken against him for protecting the other children I would want a teacher like that around for my kid
