Find something else to do besides punishing a teacher for protecting our children!

Too many parents are teaching their children that rules do not matter. I’m sure that same teacher would’ve stopped any student trying to jump on the hood of a car. He was willing to risk his own life for the safety of others.

Many parents don’t follow the rules at carpool. They need to be disciplined. Students see this so they follow these bad role-models. Grateful for those parents who follow the rules and make school a better place. Thank you to you!

Support this teacher. He is a Hero! The district police should have arrested this woman! And he didn’t “Jump” on her car, as she ridiculously claimed! Woman is WRONG on so many levels!

It is not OK for a person in a moving vehicle to act so recklessly even one time, because one time is all it takes. Did this teacher over react a bit? Maybe. But how many times does he see this happen? How many times is he ignored? You should be honored to have a teacher that loves your students this much.

I’m an elementary school teacher and I’ve worked in the morning drop off. Parents need to respect traffic rules even if it’s inconvenient. Please do not punish a young teacher for trying to follow the rules. It’s hard to plan for some of the crazy things people do.

No adverse action should be taken against him. If any adverse action is taken, it should be against the woman who refused to stop and continued to drive in a restricted area w/ him on her hood.

I think the parent or woman is in wrong and he was protecting his students. He should not be reprimanded for this. We need more like him.
