I see no wrong in what he did. What if she would have ran over a child

This teacher deserves a medal for going above and beyond the call of duty! If one of those Elementary school kids had been injured by her wrecklesness we would all be screaming "where were the teachers?!" Rita needs to learn the world does not revolve around her and her schedule. We are praising entitlement and punishing heroism. What have we come to as a society?

I stand with and support this great man. He did what he thought he had to do to protect his students. The mother was driving through a blocked off area, she could have easily injured a student.

I ministration and the new stations should be ashamed of themselves for making this into such a big deal. The parent, Rita, is a terrible human being for even complaining about this. The woman is a wake up early and get there in time instead of breaking rules. All she did was teach your daughter that it’s OK to break rules. I wonder she was another parent waiting in line how she would’ve felt if she saw that happen. Signing and I’m in Louisiana

As a parent, I appreciate ALL that teachers do to protect our children! This parent was WRONG and the consequences should be on her, not the teacher. Some of the best lessons in life are taught/learned in unorthodox ways!

Safety of students at a school has to be paramount. Not only did the actions of this teacher do nothing to put the mother/daughter in the car in danger but prevented them from potentially harming students/parents/staff in the elementary school parking lot. The only person who should be held accountable for their poor decision-making is the mother who was cutting through the parking lot. I can only imagine that the vast majority of parents at this elementary school are both thrilled and proud to have an educator at their child’s school with this caliber of dedication to its students. It is likely that his dedication to his students academic success is just as intense and my recommendation is that commendation, not condemnation, is warranted on his behalf.

We need more teachers like him who will do whatever it takes to protect our children. He would be applauded if he jumped in front of a bullet. How is this different?

Aaron Morgan did the right thing. If I were in his shoes, I'd have done the same thing and honestly, I'd do it again. Thank you, Aaron, for being concerned and taking a stand.

Given the VAST number of school tragedies we have witness...this man actions actually represents the BEST of us!!! There is no way he could have determined the intentions of this rackless person crossing around the school lane and driving erratically. He deserves NO PUNISHMENT!!!

I believe this man was simply doing his job by any means necessary. I pray no punitive measures are taken against him.

The teacher was doing his job. What would've happened if the parent had hit a student. I thought the reason he was out there was to protect the students!!!
