We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

This is why teachers are leaving the profession. Parents won't follow the rules and expect special exceptions when they are, by their own admission, in the wrong. Mr. Arnold is the kind of teacher I want in my children's schools. The kind that is willing to do what it takes to keep them safe while in his care. Please do not discipline him for doing that. He deserves a pat on the back and maybe a gift card for a nice dinner out.

We need more teachers like this guy! Do the right thing! Don’t allow this woman to ruin this guys career bc she was “late” and decided not to follow the rules.

As a fellow teacher and car rider line duty person, this teacher deserves to be celebrated. There will always be another mama mad another day about nonsense but you are doing your job of keeping the children of your school safe. I'm glad the girl in the car took that video.

This educator saw the potential for what could have been a life threatening situation. He took the necessary action to avert what could have been another tragedy

Ms. Rita is self entitled and played the victim when she was clearly in the wrong. This teacher did exactly what parents would want and protect our children at all costs.

He might have saved a kid from getting hit. Those cone are there for a reason. She needs to leave home earlier.

Allowing this man to be reprimanded serves to further endorse the behavior of Ms. Rita & others like here.

She could have hurt a child. The cones are there for a reason. She is also teaching her child that you don’t have to follow the rules.

This teacher should not be reprimanded in any way. He did nothing wrong and possibly saved a student’s life by stopping an entitled driver from knowingly entering an area that was blocked to through traffic.

I hope there are teachers like Coach Young when my daughter is old enough to go to school. That mom should be ashamed

The driver is wrong. The teacher may have used a weird tactic in getting his point accross, but in no way deserves punishment.

I believe he did the right thing.

Please do not punish this teacher. If the parent had hurt any child or staff member and no one had done anything about her forcing her way, the blame would have been placed on the staff. The parent has the blame here and should not be allowed on campus for endangering other's lives.

Ya'll suck if you discipline this teacher. By doing that you obviously value how you're portrayed in the media more than children safety. You're lucky no child got hit due to this teacher DOING HIS JOB! If anyone ever gets hurt because the teachers don't wanna get disciplined then I hope the victims sue you for everything you're worth. You deserve it.
