We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

This gracious teacher was protecting the children.

This woman was ignoring traffic rules and needs to be disciplined NOT Coach Young who was just working in the best interest of the children and District.

This teacher needs to be commended for what he did and protecting the students at your school. The mother was in the wrong in running late and trying to cut the car line. That behavior is the one that needs condoning, not the teachers. Bless this teacher!!

Thank you for working to keep students safe. You went above and beyond and should be commended, not disciplined.

When people do drastic things disregarding appropriate procedures in place to protect children then sometimes drastic measures by teachers are taken. Jumping on a car hood may seem drastic but it is necessary to protect children.

The safety of our children is the paramount.

This teacher is a hero. Someone who actually took protecting children seriously! Now he is to be punished? This is absolutely ridiculous. This parent should have been punished to the full extent of the law VS the teacher.

This is a teachable moment for this young teacher.

He deserves recognition for protecting those kids at all costs. This Rita lady should be arrested for endangerment to children.

I have worked doing this same duty for years. Many parents continually disregard the rules and law and numerous times have almost run me over as well as students. Safety is priority and this teacher does not deserve to be disciplined for protecting those students.

Instead of punishes the protector of students, punish the offender of rules.

The entitled parent needs to be cited for endangering students- he was doing his job to make the drop off safe.

Rita is wrong! I would be honored to have such a protective teacher on staff.

I watched the video that was posted and truly the driver was at fault. She drove through cones for her convenience and already refused to stop when another teacher waived her/his hands. I think you should charge the driver with wreckless driving. Her actions show that she can do whatever she wants to get her child to school on time while breaking all the rules. Why is she above the law? What lesson is she teaching her teenage daughter ?

Thank you for all that you do on a daily basis. Also, thank you for terying to protect the children in the car line that day!! You are a true example for the kids...
