This teacher took an extreme approach because nothing else would stop this parent who thought they could ignore multiple warnings and cones. Rules and boundaries are there to keep kids safe. He should be commended.

Shame on that parent for putting herself ahead of those teachers trying to keep that elementary school children safe on their way to school. She should be ashamed of herself. Also, shame on the superintendent for not backing this teacher who likely puts up with these parents selfish parents who do not understand what he endures on a daily basis in that parking lot to keep the kids safe!

What if that area was blocked off because it was a walk way for students? He was keeping the students safe and enforcing the rules. As teachers, we have to think outside the box to teach AND to protect our kids...

Coach Morgan should be given an award for his actions in trying to keep the students safe. Shame on Rita and shame on the news crew for giving her a voice.

I do morning drop off at my school and I would have done the same thing and then we would have had our resource officer speak with the driver. Her attitude and disregard for the safety of the elementary school students is inexcusable!

I am an elementary school teacher. I see negligent drivers EVERY MORNING that would have struck children with their cars if it weren’t for the crossing guard sacrificing himself as a human shield. On top of that, he gets rudely spoken to by those drivers! We need to protect the teachers who protect the children!

You should SEE the crazy parents trying to fly and get their kids to school because they are late! 1. Not my fault you're late. 2. I don't want to die today, or see other students die, because you're late. Parents LOSE THEIR MINDS in the morning!

Don't be dumbasses. Entitled parents need to be taught they're not special, and they have to follow the same rules as everyone else. All this man did was enforce those rules.
