This teacher’s action may at a glance seem extreme but considering the admitted actions of the parent and her insistence on continuing to break the rules and put students at risk, I am personally proud to see someone willing to do whatever is necessary to protect our children.

If that parent had hit a student, you would be blaiming that same teacher for not stopping her. I would rather work with Mr. Morgan than that parent who thinks rules only apply to others.

This parent was out of line in more ways th as n one. This teacher IS A HERO! He had to do an extreme thing because she WAS NOT responding appropriately to a teacher waving arms for her to stop. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS EACHER FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING INSTEAD OF REWARDING THE PARENT FOR ENDANGERING CHILDREN AND DISRESPECTING THE TEACHER!

Such a shame the new station reporting from the angle of the mother who was in the WRONG...how about telling it from the point of view of the heroic teacher who does ANYTHING to PROTECT the children in his care...we need more teachers like him!!!

The only person at fault here IS Rita. Her actions show that she thinks she is more important that every other parent trying to drop off, all of those children and teachers and the safety of everyone involved. She should be ashamed of herself and this teacher, while he shouldn't have jumped on her car, should be hailed as a hero for "going the extra mile" to ensure the safety of all those that Rita put in danger.

Mr Morgan should keep his job. That woman passes not one but two teachers and cones. Honestly if she had been successful taking that short cut, the next time she was late she'd just do it again.
