The parent was breaking rules, running late, & was told no. Why is the teacher who is doing his job, concerned for safety even in trouble? Because the parent who doesn’t like rules & is not concerned about OTHER CHILDREN OR SAFETY - was told no???
Punish the parent cutting through parking lot - HONOR THE TEACHER!

That parent is very confused. Always late does not give you the right to break the rules so that you can try to be less late. She’s ridiculous. I did arrival and dismissal in my school and a parent threw their car at me cause they couldn’t do a u turn.

This teacher was doing what he needed to do to keep students safe when this parent believed the rules didn’t apply to her. Bravo to him!

This should not even be necessary. This teacher should receive a award. This lady should at the very least receive a fine! She was wrong and drive around cones and 2 teachers before this happened. Do not punish this teacher for protecting children!

He did what is best for the safety and regulations of the pedestrians for school. So not hold him responsible. He set a great example

As a mom of an elementary school student WHY would that mother put her child’s Tracy above a small child’s safety. She was wrong, the teacher is a hero who was totally committed to his student. He put himself in danger so small students wouldn’t get him. She hit him! Not the other way around

I commend this man in saving the lives of the children he teaches. That mother was all sorts of wrong for her ignoring the cones in the parking lot. She could have hit one of the children that was crossing.

This is an amazing man and teacher. He was protecting children from a self untitled woman who kept driving when people stood in front of her car. If he hadn’t jumped on her car she would have hit him. And that is what she is teaching her teenager. The rules don’t apply to me. I am better than everyone else and my time is more important. There is no excuse for cutting through an elementary school parking lot. NONE. He did the right thing. She could have hit one of his kids because she obviously didn’t care.

The fact that the parent was CLEARLY in the wrong should be reason enough NOT to give her and her crazy arguments press time and ALL the reason to just tell the teacher, “Good job. Now don’t jump on any more cars.” Lol! Give that teacher a pat on the back!!!!!!!
