This man was doing his job and protecting the children of that school. This woman admits that she went around comes and ignored 2 teachers who told her she could not go that way. So this self entitled woman gets to do whatever she wants and no one is allowed to stop her. He was obviously standing in front of her car before he got on the hood.

It is time to stop letting parents act like the rules don’t apply to them. ESPECIALLY, the rules that are in place to protect everyone’s babies! That entitled woman had her baby in the car with her, so it didn’t matter if she hurt someone else’s child!

Where is the litigation against Rita? Does the school board plan to permanently remove her ability to enter school grounds? Her willingness to break the rules with no remorse is a greater danger to your school than a teacher willing to stop her.

My daughter's principal in Indiana was run over and killed when a bus jumped a curb at dismissal time. She was protecting students, pushing them out of the way. Don't let entitled parents who do not follow rules and procedures endanger our children! Her child doesn't even go to that school. She had no business there, disregarding teachers' directions.

I'm signing because I am tired of people who feel they should be an exception to the rule. There were other parents waiting in line like the rules state.

This parent clearly thinks the rules don’t apply to her. What a terrible example she’s giving to her child in the car! This teacher is one who goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure rules are followed and children are safe! Bravo Mr. Morgan!!

Your willingness to risk your own safety for the safety of the students around you proves you are not only a dedicated educator, but an outstanding person as well.

This teacher is protecting his students. Let the man do his job. That mother should be ticketed and given 80 hours of community service guarding the parking lot she was cutting through.

Parents like entitled Rita need to be dealt with and shown that they are wrong! She could have hurt someone and would by even acknowledge that she did anything wrong. Thank goodness we have brave teachers who want to protect students!

As a fellow teacher and especially as a special education teacher, I would like to thank Mr. Morgan for stepping up to protect his students. I work with children that don't always know when it's safe to get out of the car and who often elope and run where it's not safe. That type of situation could have happened when this parent was breaking the rules and could have caused a severe tragedy. Good for you Mr. Morgan!
