We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

I applaud Mr. Morgan for protecting the school students. He is a gem!

I support the teacher. I would want any teacher in a car line to protect my children from others who don't have time management skills and feel like they can cut through risking kids safety.

This teacher should not be punished for keeping children safe and standing up to someone who put her inconvenience above the loves of children.

I am from Iowa and saw this and the video and I support that teacher, the coach. My son is a teacher, my brother is a retired teacher and two of my nieces are teachers. He did a heroic thing by trying to stop that Rita woman from endangering school children. She needs to get a child endangerment and traffic ticket for her actions and he deserves a medal!

That teacher is a hero!

I applaud this man for putting the kids ahead of a self righteous person. We need more like him. What if she’d hit a student? Then he’d get blamed for not stopping her. Good job Sir!

For this mom to justify her actions is unbelievable. Her actions were unacceptable. She has to follow the rules just like everyone else whether you are running late or not.

Rita Trimmer Ray deserves to be ticketed for Child Endangerment. There are rules and cones and teachers directing traffic flow for a reason. Thank you for your efforts in keeping children safe.

Just like any other teacher in charge of morning duty he was looking out for his students safety which is our PRIORITY as educator!

It is not fair to the parents, students or teacher for this woman to feel that she should be able to drive around cones and a traffic guard, just so her child could get to school on time. Shame on her!!! Thankful for teachers like him, who are passionate about the safety of the kids.

I wish my son had such a wonderful and protective teacher! How dare anyone threaten this man's job. He needs a raise and then some!

I would praise anyone that went above and beyond for my child. As a partner you need to trust the teachers that are with your kids all days that they will do the right thing and protect them. Rules are set for a reason. She really thought her child was more important. Maybe you and your child should have been more responsible, and got to school on time. Especially if there was testing. Why punish Someone that was doing their job? That doesn’t make any sense!!!

Do not reprimand this teacher.

This teacher deserves recognition for the steps he was willing to go through to PROTECT the children in your school. We need MORE teachers like him. Many many more!
