STOP THE MADNESS!!!! These parents clearly have no regard for safety and following procedure. The mother herself states that she ignored all of the cones put in place to prevent this, and disregarded teachers telling her she could not drive there. This is INSANE! When are parents going to be held accountable?!?!?

The teacher is right!! You cannot zip through the elementary lot to get to the high school lot!!! That parent needs to respect the rules that are in place for everyone’s safety, especially young children! She had no business trying to cut through. The elementary drop off line is a drop off line, NOT her short cut!!! That parent/driver should be arrested!

He is the type of person I want at the schools. I may not live in the area but I wish we had more people like him. He wasn’t attacking. Rita was driving past cones and ignoring people trying to get her to stop. She could have stopped, put down her window, and asked if and where she could turn around. She kept moving forward. He had enough and after flagging her down didn’t work, jumped on the vehicle. I’m sorry but that’s just showing protection. He doesn’t know her or her intentions. He sees a vehicle not obeying and jumped into action. He was defending his students. He was protecting his students. Making everyone follow the rules. I don’t believe he should be disciplined. Rita needs to get over herself. We need more people like this man. Teachers who won’t back down.
Thank you sir for educating the children in your community. We need more teachers like you.

This teacher should be commended for protecting those children. That parent was absolutely in the wrong. She had already passed one teacher and needed to be stopped.
