Not only do I support Coach Young, I commend him for his efforts to protect the children, and I encourage the school district to issue a trespass notice against Rita Trimmer banning her from using any motorized vehicle on school district property for the period of one year.

I know of a boy that broke the rules, ran between parked cars and was immediately run over and killed leaving school. No apologizing for a man that took seriously his job at protecting children.

A teacher doing his best to keep kids safe should be celebrated not penalized. This mom should be ashamed of herself.

This teacher was doing what he should have done, protecting students. Rita should be fined for ignoring the cones and breaking school drop-off regulations. The rules apply to EVERYONE!

The level of entitlement parents have developed is absolutely shameful. It’s about time someone stood up to them.

He should NOT be disciplined! He was doing is job in making sure ALL kids are safe. The carline is a very dangerous area. People always cutting and speeding. They dont take in account for other kids and pedestrians. To me, he did what he had to do. Its the same as saving ALL kids from a gunman or terrorist. He protected those kids!!

This teacher should be commended, not disciplined! He was willing to sacrifice his body for the safety of those children and y’all decide to pacify the PARENT here?!? Safety is the number one priority! Get it together and do what’s right instead of what’s PC!!
