You keep protecting those children! Even if it is from self entitled parents who believe the rules don't apply to them if they are running late.

He is a hero and the media should apologize to him and show the real villain is Rita. I’m disgusted the superintendent apologized to her

I support Mr. Morgan for keeping the kids safe. Rita is already late so she needs to take the right way to the HS without endangering small kids.

Highest of praise to Mr. Young. He has his children’s safety as his highest priority. We spend too much time worrying about backlash from overbearing parents. He’s someone I’d love to see taking care of my children. Wish he’d move to Massachusetts.

Cones and barriers are put in place for a reason! I commend this teacher for stepping up and inforceing the safety rules and regulations. His methods may have been a little unorthodox but I would rather see him take a stand such as this one than an injured or worse fatally injured child being reported on the new! He deserves recognition for his heroism because that’s exactly what it was!! And that mother who’s disregarding the safety barriers needs to be held accountable!!

Agree with Mr Brown here... he acted heroically - took necessary action to keep the children safe as she self reported BYPASSING CONES because ‘she is late and would have to go around and get back in line

Apologizing to someone when they are wrong is what's wrong with the world and gives people entitlement issues. There are rules for a reason and she broke them, disregarded staff and went on TV to cry about it

The parent was at fault. Mr. Morgan should not be punished!
