This man did what was honorable. Hes a hero for #1 standing up to a parent, #2 trying to protect students she could have potentially ran over becuase she was going through areas she was not suppose to

I am on the PTA board at our school in Florida. I would absolutely LOVE to have this teacher at our school! We have wonderful teachers, and I believe all of ours would give their lives for our kiddos. This man is a hero for standing up and putting his safety above all the students to protect them!

He did what was needed to protect the children. The news story should've been about how this woman had blatant disregard for the rules and for the safety of other parents' children, and how this teacher tried to prevent any tragedies involving the children. That woman was wrong to ignore all the rules and barrel forward, weaving past the barrier of orange cones. What gives her the right to put someone else's child in danger simply because she was late and didn't want to follow the rules?

He is awesome, he went above and beyond to protect other people's children from Rita she needs to go to jail for reckless driving and she could have seriously injured him. Give that teacher a raise!

I applaud him for doing what he did. Clearly his first concern is the safety and well-being of the children he is responsible for.

I support teachers, especially ones this passionate about keeping their kids safe. That is all this teacher was trying to do, the parent was breaking the safety rules. If teachers start getting fired for protecting kids, they will stop doing it. As a mother to small children that is not something I want for my kids.

That teacher did the right thing by stopping that lady by any means necessary. Had he not stopped her and she would have hit a kid then he would have been held responsible. This lady felt she was above the rules set to keep the kids safe. Fox news was lame for even giving the lady the time of day.
