It drives me crazy when other parents, guardians and caregivers don't follow the rules at drop off/pickup times. The rules are there to protect ALL OUR CHILDREN. Although his methods are unorthodox to be sure, I applaud Mr. Morgan's effort and unique approach to keeping kids safe in school lots.

Hats off to this teacher, who decided to stand up to a seemingly self entitled parent, who couldn't respect rules, to protect his students. More schools need teachers like Mr. Morgan!

Do not punish him for protecting students while rewarding her for poor behavior simply because she felt she did not have to obey the rules. What message will that send to the children in your district? Think this over carefully. Your actions will send a powerful message to parents and students.

As a parent and teacher, I say good for.him! That parent was in the wrong and putting the children in the elementary parking lot at jeopardy. She admitted that not 1 but 2 teachers attempted to stop her. Had he not done what he did, she would have kept going and she knows it. She is mad because someone made her be accountable for her actions, and that was a lesson her daughter needed to see!

This teacher did what needed to be done. He deserves a medal for his actions. Rita deserves to be arrested. Some people think they don't have to follow the rules. THANK YOU MR. MORGAN!!!!

I believe he did what he felt at the time was right and I support that. She was clearly in the wrong and putting those children's lives at risk because of her lack of responsibility. What an amazing teacher to have at that school.

AMEN- This teacher did his job, God bless him! Keeping children safe, follow the safety rules. I hope he gets a reward, not punishment because of a selfintitled, hypocritical nasty person, who ran to the media to railroad this guy for standing up against her dangerous behavior.

What a hero this young teacher is! Shame on the entitlement of that women who thinks the rules do no apply to her. Shame on the TV station for taking her side! Seriously this is why their kids are such jerks and bully. Rules don’t apply to them!
