Please get police involvement to discipline the woman driver who broke several driving rules. She needs to be ticketed and even have her look verse suspended. Perhaps a restraining order for the area around the school is in order. Your teacher is doing exactly what is right in maintaInning the rules to keep the elementary school children safe - despite her entitled mentality that her daughter being late is more important than the safety of other children. Reward your selfless teacher!

The thought that the school board would even consider taking action against this young man is ridiculous they should be ashamed of themselves he reached out protecting his children and that parent obviously had no concern for Your children

He should be commended, not punished. Hopefully his actions help deter any other person who feels entitled to put children in harm's way due to their lack of time management or any other excuse the feel valid for jeopardizing the safety parameters set by the school. No one person has a right to break rules specifically set in place to mitigate risks. If everyone acted in the careless manner off the parent who caused this teacher to put his own safety at risk, as unorthodox as that may have been, then no rules would ever stand and chaos would ensue. Let the teaching lesson be more for the parent. The teacher went above and beyond and should be fully supported, not the other way around.

Way to go Aaron!!! Protect the future generations of our country!! We would be more than happy for you to come work in our school districts and love and protect our children!!

i am a parent and drop off my 6 year old at 1st grade. i want him at my school protecting my child. this is an amazing story that should be the norm!

The woman is acting way too entitled. the teacher did what he had to do to get this woman’s attention. His job- to protect the children. She wanted to cut corners and compromise safety.

The driver was absolutely in the wrong. She was warned twice not to proceed through a restricted area. Shame on her and shame on any and all who put an ounce of blame on the teacher. He was protecting the students. He's a HERO, and she was acting like an entitled brat.
