Thank you for being the kind of teacher willing to risk life and limb to protect someone else's children.

Don't you even THINK about firing him! He's a damn hero. That woman is a danger to everyone. Ban her grim school property.

The reporting is very one sided on the story Skewed and unfair

He is the example students (and parents evidently) need! Rules mean nothing if there are no consequences for breaking them. This lady should be ashamed and the teacher applauded. We are so backwards now.

THANK YOU MR MORGAN! It brings a light to my heart knowing there are teachers still out there willing to fight for our babies. God bless you, sir!

As a parent of school age kids, I am frustrated daily by parents not following the rules at drop off and pick up. It is dangerous! I’m grateful someone was brave enough to put an end to it!

I am an elementary school teacher and mother of 4. I applaud the teacher. I see parents ignore teachers who are trying to direct traffic every morning and it is insane. I, however, haven't seen anyone attempt to pull what she did and then admit to it?! It baffles me that any interviewer would hear her story and then report it as if she was in the right - what parent hasn't been late - it's our own fault and we have to deal with the consequences! I hope the teacher gets a medal - I'd love to see him outside my school!

that news station should be ashamed of itself and that woman and her self-entitled daughter need to realize that she is not the only person in the world that matters

This teacher went out of his way to protect the children of his school and stop the violation of a very clear set of rules. Rules that were put in place to ensure the safety of these children. These rules should be enforced with every bit of effort possible, for the safety of the school and of the children.

Ridiculous to blame him for trying to keep the children safe!

Parent's need to leave earlier so they aren't late and need to follow the rules. The cones were there for a reason, not for that mom to take a short cut..

Should be applauded.

He should not be disciplined. What if something had happened to a child if he didn’t try to stop this rude, entitled lady? People would be yelling that the teacher didn’t do anything. Coachable moment on better ways to approach the situation but should not have any adverse action taken against him!

Please do not punish the teacher for protecting the children. If he had let one parent by with an exception, that would only open the gate for others to negate the cones and process of dropoff. Even in her video the mom was staring "oh, you don't know who you are dealing with"...she knew she was in the wrong and she wanted to teach him a lesson
