As a teacher, safety for kids are first priority. Parents need to be considerate and respect signs. If you are running late fix what time you leave home. He is a hero and she should be cited for being unsafe and refusing to follow the law for school zones.

This teacher should get a warning and a "protector of the car line" award!

This Mom would be the first one yelling when her child, after being told numerous times not to do something or being asked numerous times to so something, doesn't do it and then action is taken. She would blame the teacher, principal or security officer for taking action. Good for this teacher. This Mom is teaching her child that rules don't apply to them, rules can be broken, laws can be broken, it's ok to disrespect and ignore authority when it not convenient for you. Shame on the news channel! This is so much of the problem in today's world. You don't know who you're messing with?? You'd be messing with me if you tried to come strolling in front of me or through the line where I'm dropping my child off. Thank you teachers who stand out there every morning and afternoon!

This teacher is protecting young children from being run over by a motor vehicle! The mother who violated the car line safety rules should be banned from driving on school property. When parents teach their children that rules don’t apply to them, they are only making the teacher’s job tougher!!!!

Rules are there to keep our children safe. If you punish him, you are saying the rule, your rule, is unnecessary, stupid, useless. If this rule is unnecessary, stupid, useless, what other rules that you've created will parents test, ignore, bypass? Consider the ramifications of this one action.

All this teacher was trying to do was make sure his students were SAFE! This woman is making herself out to be a victim. This teacher works everyday to make sure students arrive safe. All parents have to do is respect the rules of the school. She is showing her students that if you complain you are above the educational system. They should check how many tardies/ absences her student has.

Parents need to follow the rules to keep all of the children safe...not just their own

He did what he needed to do to safeguard the kids in elementary. The driver was bypassing clearly placed cones and instruction from other teachers on site. She disregarded the safety of the kids on site when she did that. He did what he needed to do eben it was a little unorthodox and was calm the whole time.
