I work for school system, and it amazes me what some of the parents do to get in and out quickly. They have no concern for the other children that are being dropped off or picked up. I have almost been run down myself just trying to walk through the parking lot. This man took his job seriously… And that job involves keeping the safety of all of our students our top priority.

I have nearly been run over many times by parents who think their convenience is more important the lives of students. Aaron Morgan did his job to the fullest that day. Rita Trimmer deserves a ticket and Mr. Morgan deserves a medal.

He was trying to protect our students. He should not be punished for doing his job. If an officer had been there, the woman would have been arrested. He was trying to save our kids!

Thank you for standing up for children's safety! I'm a daughter to an elementary school teacher and I know the stuff y'all have to go through in morning car rider duty. Making sure the children get out of the cars and into the school safely is a task. But, add the elements and different moods. It can be a disaster. I thank you for doing what you did. Hope things work out!

He was doing his job and protecting those kids. He had no idea who she was just driving around cones and ignoring the safety rules. What if she meant to drive right into the students. That’s a brave teacher there protecting his kids. I would do the same for my students.

I applaud that teacher. Good for him keeping these children safe at the school. The parent should be charged for negligence at a school zone.
I'm from Canada and too many times parents are cutting through corners and finding short cuts without realizing the dangers of driving erratic at a school zone. You wouldn't need to be taking short cuts if only you got up earlier.

That man is a hero. She’s upset because she’s ashamed and she should be. He stepped up and held her accountable for her dangerous negligence. We need more faculty like Aaron Morgan. He’s not affairs to step up and do the right thing. What a great role model for the students.
