We do agree upgrades are necessary, Jennifer and I cannot fully support the proposed long range plan.

Unfortunately and in spite of all the efforts of many of our board members whose opinion I respect, I cannot support this plan as presented.

Am not toally opposed, but would like for the opposition view to be heard at the April meetings. Also, I owuld like to see the underlying financial analysis before making a final decision.

I think an upgrade of some of the facilities, such as tennis court lights, would be a much more feasible option. I have talked to numerous members in my age group and none agrees with the direction the board wants to go. Many have expressed concern and look at dropping membership as an option for them.

Can't afford the proposed Long Range Plan without substantial dues increases over the next few years. Concern that younger members will not be able to afford to join the club and long term members will drop their memabership due to costs. Certainly the Board can orchestrate a Plan B with cosmetic only improvements.

My concern is that i have heard no projected costs for upkeep, staff, etc. I know we have been told that the expansion will in no way affect our dues situation; but without the budget projections for all to see, it would be difficult for me to vote for such a project without more information.

$12-15 million not viable with NO assessment and NO major increase in dues.

If any plan is initiated the proposed conditions for no assessment and $5.00 dues increase should be fixed and lnon amendable. Any project must be fully funded before initiated

I believe parts of the long range plan are needed but not all of them.
While some pats of the plan seem appropriate,
