It's a shame to chop down these lovely old trees, and it seems a partial bus lane won't make a real difference to the traffic problem either. Please reconsider this decision, and consult more with the residents of the street regarding parking bays.

Parking bays: yes, bus lane: no!! It is possible to put the bay's in without the bus lane and this should elleviate some of the issues. Why put a bus lane in to ease traffic for 2hrs in the morning?!?
