In June 1974, my Grandmother was shot 3 times with his weapon, in her house, were he rented a room. There was not evidence against him or anyone else to solve this crime. If he was responsible, these kids should be alive and well. It's about options not choices, killing should not have been one of his options in his head. He should remain in prison.
