I do not believe he should be released, Life in prison should be his sentence.

Murders, rapist, kidnappers none of them should ever see the light of day again. The fact they can get out due to overcrowding etc just shows how broken our system is. Once they commit one of these crimes, and are convicted, is the instant they should lose all rights period. He should of been sleeping in a damm broom closet, not released to kill someone else.

Pam Humphreys (Skelton). Sheila was just part of our family. My dad was a Lee's Summit policeman when this happened. He worked very hard every year when this monster came up for parole & went to the board every time. So please keep this scum of the earth where he belongs. He should of gotten the death penalty!

I went to Church with the Curtwrights. My Mom taught Shelia in Sunday school. I remember my Mom crying and I was crying not really understanding only being 9. This changed our lives. I was never let to babysit alone, they came to my house. Please do not let this monster out.
