Storage units will not be a value to our community and do not support the West Melbourne vision for the future. Business like this should be built elsewhere as they are not attractive and do not contribute to the growth of our area.

I do not wish to have the storage facility right on my backyard. Yes, it is wonderful growing residential community where we want peace and quite and a mini storage facility is the last thing we want around us.

Please do not build storage on Minton in front of my neighborhood. We live in a growing community that is really starting to take off. The last thing we need are industrial business to squeeze the residential look and feel out of the area.

West Melbourne is a great family community. Minton should continue developing like a Main Street. We have churches, parks, schools, a fantastic library, and beautiful neighborhood entrances. Why on earth would the city let someone put trash storage on display on our main road? Is that really what we want visitors and potential business owners to see as they consider relocating here? There is a place and need for storage units. Main Street is NOT that place.

I am strongly opposing rezoning of this location and this area to C2.
Because it will drop the property values down and also will bring lot of strang people to the neighborhood. If the property value drop down than city and county will loose money as well. So please don’t approve the C2 zoning so they can’t build the storage unit. Thanks.
