This is a terrible location for storage buildings! We live here- it's residential and traffic is crazy busy on Minton road already!

Changing zoning to allow mini storage units on the main drag of west melbourne is not in the best interest for west melbourne and the plans for the new town center plans. It is also a poor decision to change the zoning in front of a new beautiful community grand entrance which has won the west Melbourne beautification award. That land is not zoned for industrial and shouldnt be for their are took many homes surrounding out. This is a safety issue along with property value issues. A strip mall of commercial belongs their like the zoning calls for so why change it?

I live in the neighborhood directly adjacent to this proposed area and I definitely do not want this industrial building next to me!

Please do not rezone this area to allow for storage facilities. We do not want our lovely community to become comparable to an industrial park. It would be a blight on our community.

A storage facility is not an appropriate use for the area in question. It's not zoned for it, nor should it be. I live in Sawgrass Lakes and would have not bought in here had it been zoned to allow storage units right at the entrance to our community. Allowing the zoning changes would hurt property values, increase traffic and accidents, and detract from the character of the area. It would not be consistent with the new town center, nor is it consistent with the residential nature of the surrounding properties.

Storage units belong in an industrial area, not in front of a residential community. It would be very detrimental to our community and our property values.

Don’t do it... unless the goal is to lower property values and attempt to make W Melbourne more like Palm Bay. We should compete with Vieira.

This is not the kind of business West Melbourne should want propped up just down the street from their envisioned Town Center. Please do not allow this.

Not a good move for a main thoroughfare when City of West Melbourne is continuing to improve their image and grow, this would be a step in the wrong direction. Keep storage units limited to industrial areas.
