There are more than enough storage units in this whole County we don't need more! If they want to build storage units let them build it someplace off the main road.

I am technically in Palm Bay but off Hield road. Drive Minton daily and would not like to see these storage units.

They are building brand new homes in this area and they want to put the storage units right on the main road. It's going to start looking like another Orange Blossom Trail here in West Melbourne soon if this is allowed.

Not in favor of any storage units off off Minton Rd. corridor. Love idea for keeping plans for good ole' West Melbourne going.. towards a warm and welcoming town center along Minton corridor.. we are a strong close knit community and growth is good as long as we stay focused on plans already in the pipeline.. no storage units please.

Please do not approve land along Menton Road in West Melbourne for storage units, it will decrease the value of our homes and be a blight to the area along the highway!!
