This is the worst use of our land on the main drag of our beautiful city. It is zoned the way it is for a reason. Why change it?

This is a waste of prime West Melbourne real estate. Don't throw away a fantastic Main Street corner on trash storage.

Since COMMERCIAL Zoning DOES NOT ALLOW Storage facilities, they should NOT be allowed unless the majority of nearby homeowners approve..

We do not want a storage facility on the corner of Minton and Norfolk. It will be an eyesore to the area and belongs in a commercial district.

We dont want a storage facility just down the street from the new town center and smack in the heart of a residential area. Property values will be affected, crime will go up, traffic and accidents will increase, and it's not in fitting with the character of the area!
