Systemic racism is one problem in this country that is so apparent and ignored. This problem may not seem like a big deal to you but it is to many minorities. Statistics show that Hispanics and African Americans have the lowest percentage of employment in the United States and this is one of the MANY examples that show just how bad system racism is.
