An outdoor track is so badly needed in Manchester. Almost every town in the CAL has a track and multi purpose facility but we have nothin. The kids running on the street is really unsafe where a nice track would keep the kids safe and the community fit. Its too bad the town folks voted down the Donovan project years ago. Whata shame. Lets go Manchester- get this done !
