There is more open field on this side of town, inhibited by more residents than most part of town! Willow Glen, RiverBend and ALL of Oak Creek make up a pretty good majority of this town! Isn't it's the city's responsibility to make sure its residents are safe? Code Red is a great plan, but not nearly publicly noted as it should be! Maybe postcards or a letter regarding Code Red only and Not put in with other community news?!!!! Messages should be texted, called, email, etc...

A simple household fan was enough to mask the tornado siren going off. Its not loud enough to hear.
