This is unacceptable. Poor business model and lack of care for the community by RIOC, which is to serve the public, and not make profit.

Since Mr. Hayes took office he started charging RI residents arm and leg. The garage and sports park went up 100%. RI residents deserve a break and respect!

Especially outrageous is the daily fee. Those who use the pool or play basketball once a week are completely shut out. Free classes is nice but frankly people are willing to pay for the classes they attend -- there is no reason to offer this benefit to all when most won't use it.

Unbelievable. I have never seen such an incompetent management in my life such as ROIC. All these useless reforms that benefit only themselves and nobody in the community. And then a price increase of 10x. No Taxation without Representation. Elected officials for Roosevelt Island Operating Corporation!

Apparently RIOC has no understanding and connection with the Roosevelt Island community. If they did there is no way they could even consider these prices for what is suppose to be a community center for the community.,
They really need to rethink this along with some better options

This pricing structure for residents and families is truly disappointing. Please consider more accessible pricing for the community.
If you need to raise more money, look at other areas like replicating for the tram how the ferry instituted tourist pricing rather assuming unreasonable price points for your residents.

This fee structure is completely out of line with other NYS and NYC facilities. It is not a private country club. The fees must be sensibly recalibrated to serve the Roosevelt Island community.
