The local board confirmed today that a new GP surgery will be built in Pensnett. Thank you to the 122 people who signed this petition and demanded better access to healthcare. Keep an eye on the site announcements so we can ensure the construction stays on schedule.
“I / We, the undersigned are calling on Dudley’s Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), all relevant agencies and the Government to provide a new GP Doctors’ surgery, that is fit for the 21st Century and located back in Pensnett.”
I have been meeting with local officials to demand a clear timeline for a new surgery in Pensnett. Call your local representative today and demand they prioritize this facility in the upcoming budget planning.

Pensenett neighbours our Brierley Hill ward and both suffer from many soci-economic deprivations, disadvantages and inequalities including poor health, transport and access. A modern well equiped and staffed health and social care facility is urgently needed.

Resident Gp absolutely urgently required in Pensnett. Present arrangements are not viable even allowing for Covid 19..What is the holdup, are they waiting for a fatality recordings realized how critical the situation really is.

The wide ranging age group within the local community, needs a local surgery which can be accessed without having to travel. Not everyone has access to a vehicle and public transport is expensive and unreliable.

This gp is only a 5 minute walk for my nan, she doesn’t drive but is able to get to this doctors, without this doctors she would have to walk 50 minutes to the next closest surgery!

We were told when we moved in to the area we couldn't join other surgeries because we were out of there area. Brierley Hill is much further out of our area.

We need a surgery in Pensnett ,because we have a growing population and with a poor bus service it is difficult for a lot of local residents to get to other surgerys
