Totally agree this area should be represented by three electorates. This is the best way to grow the bush and that's the best way to drive Queensland ahead.

Combining the electorates of Mount Isa and Dalrymple, is quite frankly not in the best interests of the residents of these electorates.

Once again the North is shown how little we are valued. Our railway networks sold off, our telecommunications support 400km away at the closest, our government officers closed and centralised in cities.

Our region will be seriously under represented if this election boundary redistribution goes ahead. With the GNP which comes from this region this is not a good option.

An electorate this size disenfranches the people who may want to contact their local member from remote locations.

This would be a huge backwards step in a region that has huge development potential or in is need of capitol to renew existing infrastructure just to keep up now.

State government priority is jobs for the regions and this is another example of centralisation the contests the South East and costs rural and remote jobs.

We also need better representation in Townsville instead of less. The North

How can one elected member possibly give proper attention to this vast area.
