I enjoy having dinner at The Pit on occasion. It's a different vibe, nice and a good variety of foods. Would be sad to see a place for small food trucks that just need to make a living and pay their bills be taken away.

Yo let them park there. Leave them alone.

Keep the pit open and give the vendors a break on some of the more petty permits!

Stop going after the little guys because you're too scared to stand up to the big ones.

Happy to help in any way I can. Small, local business should be supported in every possible way! And the owners of The Pit are wonderfully generous and helping to lift up others in the community!

The Pit is good for the community and should be encouraged and supported not suppressed and regulated out of existence.

This is a growing community that is helping so many people . It would be a shame to not have them around .

I haven't been there as I live by Marana but small businesses all the help they can get to stay open and provide something to whatever community they are in. If it was closer to me I would definitely go there to eat

I would like to add my support to keep this place open.

The city of Tucson needs to grant the variances needed and move on - I’m sure they have more important things to do then harass small business owners - over ridiculous violations.

I find it ridiculous that as long as the food and area is safe(it is), the local government can’t just leave things alone for the betterment of the city without getting their money. That’s all the word permit or variance means. It means you paid a penance to the government to be allowed the privilege to operate. The over-regulation of some of these industries needs to be dealt with. But then again, so does our local government.
