My family loves going to The Pit. It is by far the most hospitable and friendly atmosphere you could go to for dinner and there is free entertainment!

Isn’t this called free enterprise??. As long as the area is kept clean and no loud music and fighting then what’s the problem. I just wonder if Casa Del Rio filed the complaint. Shame

I think these violations are dumb. The Pit is helping the community of Tucson. Whoever called and 'complained' about The Pit are just jealous. They've also used their own expenses cleaning and fixing up the area too??? That shouldn't be a violation. The state just wants their money. It would take years for the state to even consider to clean and fix that place up for a good cause. That area has actually cleaned up quite nicely since The Pit has been around. It's a perfect place to visit during the weekends and A good way to try a variety of different foods. A great place to bring my mother-in-law and my kids. Let's keep at least one good thing going on here in Tucson...Jeeez.

Leave the PIT alone and allow them to help small businesses. With all the things City of Tucson can work on it’s PATHETIC that you are going after a place that is helping small business food trucks stay open.
