why do people have to be jerks…if it isn’t hurting u in any way why do u have to file a complaint…i really hope the city work with them to make it legal and prosper in great lengths!!!

Some of these folks have been my neighbors for years...keep them employed and thriving. It is a tough business.

Let these people make a living and provide a service and get the city out of the way! Linda Hagan, I completely second your statement. Free enterprise is what naturally happens when people try to sell and purchase without beaurocratic intervention. Beaurocrats are unelected and unaccountable and need to stop messing in our lives. Unfortunately our city council and mayor like to regulate and "plan" us into messes like this.

One person commented why the City would come down on something that made the public happy....well, there's the answer!! Invasive government is the downfall of every society!!! Why do trucks have to be 100 feet apart, why not 50, why not 30??? Why is putting up lights and outdoor seating just MORE of a reason for new violations??? When are people going to learn that ALL government agencies are nothing more than revenue collectors that line the pockets of dirty politicians and enforcement order followers with the $$ of the sweat and tears of the public. Licences, permits, regulations, and ordinances ALL violate the civil and constitutional rights of the people to freely do trade, buy and sell or provide services to make a living. It is disgusting. I have lived here 33 years and I am becoming increasingly disheartened. Yesterday, a man who feeds the homeless in town, who brings by food and water here and there was stopped by people from the county/city who claimed he was violating an "ordinance". Why were they watching?? Just like at The Pit...nameless culprits "report" the trucks and businesses that serve the multitudes of people who come by to eat. It is a travesty and I don't know how these people sleep at night

come in Tucson you have ELLER school of business ... get the UA to offer a project to students to help small businesses ... get off your badge.. be a HUMANE city
