This restaurant isn't just a place to enjoy great food. They treat you like family. The atmosphere is wonderful. The young men there are so polite they could teach a lot of the other restaurants how to treat people. And the food makes this southern girl Happy
TC Mae's out of most businesses has street parking and is surrounded by Heartland Communications parking lot which means TC Mae's has lost all of the parking for the resturaunt because Heartland will have vehicles who do not being to Heartland towed. It is not fair to TC Mae's or any other business in that area.
I am visiting from out of town and found it impossible to navigate the roads downtown to get to places like TC Maes. This is one of the businesses that I was looking forward to eating at while I was in town.
It's fine that construction goes on, but the City of Fort Dodge needed and needs to in the future provide money to locally owned and operated small businesses like TC Maes so they can continue to operate in the absence of a strong customer base.
Construction is horrible down town and its definitely a negative impact on the small businesses in our town. Theres no reason that they should have started another project before finishing another. City of Fort Dodge really needs to figure something out. Its hard to support our local businesses if we cant get to them
The dining experience I have, at TC Mae's, reminds me of home and family! The atmosphere is very friendly, warm and inviting, familiarity, and such a family feel to it! THE BEST RESTAURANTS ARE THOSE THAT ARE VERY LOCAL, THAT THERE'S ONLY ONE OF, AND THE ONES WHERE THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS ARE A PRIORITY! TC MAE'S IS ONE SUCH RESTAURANT!

I work next to TC Mae's (Hartland) and eat there regularly. The detrimental impact the road construction has had on the number of customers has been readily apparent ever since the construction began..
