Prasarana's initial LRT 3 extension plan will cut through Taman Muhibbah in Klang and will have to demolish 2 bungalows, 10 terrace houses and 8 shop lots. These properties have been around our neighbourhood for more than 30 years and most of the residents are aged and retiree, even with compensation, it's very hard for them to get any properties outside of our neighbourhood.
Please show your support by signing this online petition which we will submit to Prasarana Malaysia Berhad and Majilis Perbandaran Klang (MPK) to stop them from destroying our Muhibbah neighbourhood!

The silence from the planning offices is heavy and frustrating but it doesn't mean we are being ignored. I am spending my evenings documenting the history of these homes because they deserve better than a demolition notice. We will not be swept aside regardless of how worn down this process makes us feel.

Reaching this level of support feels heavy because it confirms how many of us are living in fear of losing our homes. The exhaustion is deep but seeing this many people push back gives me the strength to keep fighting the plans for Taman Muhibbah.

You are affecting my sister house. How can you destroy neighbourhood, a community. You have wonderful city planners and engineers, surely you are able to find an alternative route for the train than this current proposal of destroying people's home.
No to LRT-3. We are the group dancing every morning at the basketball court. We are neighbours too. The demolishing of terrace house will separate us & most of us are retiree. The compensation will not be able to help us get another good place & neighbours who are together for such a long time.
Please, I'm sure there are other alternatives to build the LRT 3. Housing area is meant for living comfortably and peacefully. If LRT 3 is built in the housing area, there will be no privacy for us anymore! Noise pollution is one of the negative effects too!
Having LRT access in Klang is a dream come true but having to uproot from a place we have been living for so long has turned it to a nightmare for us. Please divert to an empty space and reduce inconvenience to all affected

Don't make people leave their homes which they have lived in for so long. Please reroute to major roads and near to Klang Parade which will bring in business for the shopping mall.
