As a residential school survivor who has suffered unspeakable abuse , I find it very disrespectful that Senator Beyak refuses to acknowledge the pain and suffering that survives have endured. That is like saying that Some Jewish people had good experiences while being led to the death chamber. Ridiculous! Resign immediately

This person deserves to be banished to a silent, solitary room until she withers and dies; just enough time to dwell on ignorance and lack of common sense. Senator, you fail to see life through the filter of reality. Step down. Go to your room, and think about it.

Resign. There was not a thing good about those hellholes. It infuriates me that this vile human being thinks that there was some good to cultural genocide.
I have some really choice words that I could use but unlike her, I use brain before I express myself.

Your tax excuse does not excuse you from blatant racism. Please at least step down from the Aboriginal Peoples committee.

The pain inflicted on the Indigenous people of Canada must stop. Dissembling this pain is not acceptable.

This is an improper use of political grandstanding. As a child Caucasian who experienced an abuser getting sent to a residential school, there is guilt and shame outside of the 'official' opinions expressed here.

Ms Beyak is a disgrace to our beloved Canada. She should move to the US of A which I am sure Mr Trump would be happy to have her.

She should be respectful to everyone's own experience instead of trying to relate.. she has no place in parliament.
