She needs to resign because she is ignorant and doesn't accept the facts as they pertain to what happened and the effects of residential schools on aboriginal people..

She must be removed from a position of power. Her dangerous rhetoric undermines the lived experience of so many. There is no upside to genocide.

It's embarrassing to me that we have a senator who is willing to spout these views. There is no place for these out of touch and offensive comments in our government.

You cannot have reconciliation and have this woman on the Senate committee of Aboriginal Peoples. Resign.

This type of attitude, that Mrs.(?) Beyak displays, is intolerable, doubly so for a supposed upstanding member of the Red Chamber. Resign now.

We don't accept this attitude anywhere in world politics and most assuredly we do not in our country of CanAda, .. in doing so, we will set a precedence.

Please make sure our senators have an actual education, understand the people who live in the territories that Canada contains and has respect for all of it citizens so they can represent the people they are paid to protect and care for

A woman so completely out of touch with reality has no place in an institution mandated to provide "sober second thought" on the proposed laws of Canada. Her comments only further undermine the relevance of even having a senate any more.
