This is a petition that has as a goal to make Joensuu Elli (http://www.joensuunelli.fi/en/) and their internet associates (ElliNet) hear our voice!

We are fed up with the slow Internet connection that prevents us, the tenants of the Latolankatu residence, from studying properly or communicating with our friends and family. Even though the Internet is extremely expensive (60e/shared apartment), the quality of the service is unacceptable with a connection becoming extremely slow especially during night hours (peak of the problem from 18:00 to 23:00).

Even though numerous of us have notified Elli about these malfunctions, the problem has not be solved and we find ourselves to keep paying for a unsatisfactory service.

We thank Elli for having us in their property and for their collaboration in problem-solving related to the apartments so far but we feel that this is a serious issue and we are trusting Elli to come up with a determining solution.

What we are asking from Joensuu Elli is to simply install more modems/routers or wifi boosters to enhance the signal. Essentially, it is our right as your clients to demand from Elli to fulfill their part of the contract and provide us a decent Internet connection.
