The Halal certificates issued to companies for food etc is not Australian freedom of choice for all who live in this country and should therefore be stopped immediately by our Government.

Halal certification is a scam. When products like cat food and tampons are halal certified you know it is nothing but a mafia style shake down.

ban halal scamification!! I have seen halal pork, how is this not just a money making scam???!!!!!! Australians are struggling enough with out adding ridiculous cult costs on top add in the barbaric slaughter methods and you can slowly see Australia slipping away.

Ban all religiously slaughtered meat and no exemptions that contravene modern humane practices. No religion should be afforded such control or profiteering over any other. This is discrimination and extortion against those who do not follow or support Islam.

Start taking control of what is happening in this country. Allowing this rort to continue is the biggest entry to sharia laws being practiced here.

I propose that the Governments should... 1. Apply the 'User Pays' Principle for Halal Certificates 2. Clearly Label All Religious Standard products 'RS' 3. End marginalisation of workers (on religious or gender) 4. Make conventional food the norm mainstream
