This has been going on forever. I don't see how it is a big deal we've had the Redskins name for how long???? thats right forever!!! People just want something to bitch about go bitch at Belding too while your at it.

I graduated in GR as an Ottawa Hills Indian and was proud to be and have been a Saranac Redskin for 37 years-proud to be, it should remain the mascot-a proud one!

Proud to be a Saranac Redskin! Some supporters of the change claim that it's because the Government may force us to change someday because it could affect the schools funding. If this is the case.... Cross that bridge when you get to it. Until then..... PLEASE LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!
