The idea of this generating revenue is a joke. Unless you work for Delaware North. Leave well enough alone or come up with an idea that doesn't line someone's pockets.

Option Five..... If the State is done with their eminent domain experiment then it is time for the land to be sold back to the West River homeowners. The current West River homeowners get first option on the property in front of their property. They can keep it or resell it. Their option. The properties will generate $5 million a year ( approx 350 new homes x $15000/ home property tax) in taxes and you can build I bike path next to West River Road..... For that matter, widen East River Road too.

This is a great road to Cruz the island on. Away from houses and 55 mph so it does not take forever it get around the island.
